Our strength in life awakens through our life experiences. Each moment providing us the opportunity to find a deeper, more loving, resilient, and forgiving space internally. Developing our awareness of our right to life, and the feeling of our birthright to be honored within human rights so it amplifies through us, into humanity. From this, our journey awakens into an awareness that unity is our superpower. Aligning, honoring, expanding us into the vision we each carry for a harmonious world. We learn that allowing ourselves to grow into the presence of love, brings tremendous trials at times. As we are continually dissolving the friction, the separation. Melding each moment into a cohesive newness of our increased capacity to honor life and others.
My story and this website is shared as a moment of inspiration. It is not the story I would have thought I would have been sharing 30 years ago when I first began my awakening and human rights work. Encapsulating both the miracle of healing and sheer tragedy that played out. All which shaped my intellect and heart into authoring books to awaken new awareness, human rights policies, resonance theories and strategies to manage life. Both our human rights and our right to awaken. My need to survive what occurred awakened the presence of love into this moment and it awakened beyond reason. Beyond rational explanation, because it bypassed what would have been seen as my capacity within the heart break. Yes many things took place to attempt to end my life and vision, at times my heart felt to break into a million pieces. However, it was when I finally surrendered into the powerlessness and cried that I couldn't breathe another moment of heartache, betrayal or devastation of what had occurred, that it shifted. An inner presence moved though my perception and redefined my circumstances into a renewed capacity for hope and healing. To see beyond the binds of the Human Trafficking.
We know our awakening hurts at times as we are spiraled in and out of isolation, new awareness and inner conviction to remain steadfast in our connection to love, honor, and human rights. It can challenge us to hold true faith in our vision for humanity, to reside and grow in unity and love. It can wind us, to the point we can barely breathe. But hanging on to a vision for new life within breath, gifts us the very thing we are seeking to see within humanity. From this our heart becomes a wellspring for others to know they can awaken, breathe new life and turn tragedy, dishonor, and heartbreak into love, peace, unity and an all encompassing wisdom. Honor, that is gifted to us beyond our capacity to receive. Carrying us like wings, into what we envision for the world which is safety, and unity so we can all experience love.

Whatever you are passing through today, hold the vision that is within your heart, that is within your breath, that you want to see and feel within humanity. Become that wellspring by firstly holding yourself in your own arms, so that you can be a hand to others. Know that you're unique and the capacity you carry to heal, feel love, and hope, is unlimited and gifted and hold true to fully embody that gift.

​As I am writing this my circumstances remain unresolved. However the knowingness of love, its presence, and what it can move in the moment, is ever present and I am holding that deeply within my heart. We can do that together. You holding your vision for your life and myself holding my vision of the restoration of Human Rights and Justice in my life. This is how we move beyond what seeks to bind us, into the gift. This is the inspiration I am hoping to provide. It's not that I was harmed and that it has all been fixed, because it has not. It's that I wasn't erased. My dream wasn't removed and those that sought to destiny swap failed. Holding on, still writing, still publishing, still doing art, still breathing, still cohesively being who I've been for thirty years. I didn't let go of my dream for humanity. I didn't let the orchestrated smear campaign and gaslighting overtake so I would lose my voice to advocate for my child that they injured. I didn't fall. I may have staggered in shock carrying a wounded child and a gift for humanity but I didn't drop them, stop or allow the organized crime networks to remove honor. This is the inspiration I hope touches your life so you hold true to your vision and gift.
Over the past 30 years I have written books and taught classes on the importance of mindful breathing and conscious word association and patterns. Sharing a pivotal moment of awakening that I experienced in1996. I have seen that our breath, the beauty within it, and words defines us. Connecting to stillness through breath allows us to move within it's definition and this allows the noise of what seeks to have you forget your potential, dissolve - within the rhythm of each breath. Connecting to breath mindfully, rhythmically with words, can become our anchor and creator in life. Expanding us into new levels of consciousness that leads us back to the presence, of the first breath that granted us life.

On this website you'll read about the patterns of human trafficking and where it can be hidden in everyday life. Where it can be perceived as misfortune or a list of unfortunate events, or be operating as a smear campaign to erase your identity and remove assets, life achievements, and safety. You'll be introduced to the pattern of Human Trafficking, the orchestration and how personal or impersonal it can be. You can also take a moment to learn the breath technique I developed 30 years ago that shaped my contribution to humanity and created all the controversy to have me Human Trafficked for 15 years and attempted to be erased. Not because the breath technique didn't work, but because people wanted to be me. To turn it into their financial boon and feed their reputation. So I was Human Trafficked for them to achieve IP Theft, Asset Theft and Identity Erasure. There actions so aggressive and inhumane it ruptured the health and potential of some of my children in a way that only prayer, and wisdom can heal.
